NECESSITY OF ENERGY AUDIT

Energy audit is an investment for realizing and preventing needlessexpenses in future. Moreover, Energy Efficiency Building Act prescribes it as obligatory in a part of cases and it prescribes that energy certification of building is implemented for: 

•  projectable, reconstructable or renovatable building to receive it in exploitation or sell;

•  part of a building in projectable , reconstructable or renovatable building to sell this part of building if there is calculation of energy source or heat energy;

•  exploitable building to sell, rent or rent out it if energy certification is demanded by purchaser or tenant; 

•  exploitable part of a building which has a heated area more than 50 square meters to sell, rent or rent it out if energy certification is demanded by purchaser or tenant and if there is a calculation of energy source or heat energy for this part of a building;

•  exploitable public building owned by state or municipality which has a heated area more than 250 square meters.
